License Procurement Through API ?

Hi, Everyone

I am creating a 3rd party integration with Adobe and been asked to find a way to purchase licenses or create an order for it when requested, I have been looking for it and the closest I found is the UMAPI but is there something more specific on the Adobe Developer Console.
