Mis-aligned cell in extracted csv from PDF

Hi Team,

I'm using PDF extract API to extract tabular data from PDF file. The extracted CSV file shows some cell is mis-aligned.

The symptom is described in "Symptom-Description.pptx".

The source PDF file and the extracted CSV file are also uploaded.

Can you help suggest why the mis-alignement happens and how I could avoid it.
