My PDFs Have Incorrect Names Internally

I refer not to the nanes they have in File Explorer, which are correct, but rather to the name I see at the top of the  PDF when I have it open. The name I see there is the name of a PDF file I wrote in the past. I suppose I must have created this PDF from editing a copy of that earlier PDF. But how do I change this situation now?
