NodeJS Compress PDF Socket Hang Up

2023-12-06T15:01:43.672Z: Exception encountered while executing operationdescription = request timed out, 10 seconds expired; requestTrackingId = undefined; statusCode = 0; errorCode = UNKNOWN
2023-12-06T22:01:43.693:[ERROR]: Unexpected Error, request could not be completed Error: socket hang up

 

I found some posts that have the same issue, but none of them are working for me:
