Not able to convert pptx to pdf

Hi,

I'm using CreatePDFJob , to convert my pptx to pdf. My submitted job goes in hung state, and never responds.
I have attached a pptx, which has only one slide, which is causing the issue. The slide has image, which I suspect is root cause.

Please let me know how solve this issue.

    I received a timeout error when I tried to run the file through the API, and the previewer for this website also failed to load it. I suspect the file is corrupt in some way.

    If you open the PPTX, it works fine. Which means it is not corrupted. The PPTX I have uploaded is a very stripped down version of my client presentation. I have zeroed down the cause to the image on the slide. If i remove the image, the conversion works fine. But i'm not getting what is the issue with the image. If i come to know, either its color space, or something else is causing it, i can correct the image on the slide and then submit the job.

    So i'm guidance over here.
