Not authorized to call this engine

Hi,

I'm getting this error 

Not authorized to call this engine

when using the REST API to try to do a document generation. I have setup JWT -> access token authorization which is being used with this request. The JWT is being signed using a key generated through the Adobe Developer Console. What could cause this error?
