Not hearing back from Adobe Sales re PDF Services API Account

Submitted pricing request a few weeks ago, have not heard back. I see in the forum here that it’s a somewhat common occurrence. I noticed a reseller has offered to help - have any of you successfully worked with them (and if so, how does pricing look vs. Adobe direct)?

    Hi, Adobe employee here,

    Sorry for the lack of response, we are still having issues with some of our messages not getting routed properly, and your experiences confirms that! The reseller is endorsed by Adobe so you can confidently work with them for small-to-medium volume. For larger volume, and to get discounts, you would need to work directly with Adobe. I will send you a DM so that you have my personal email address, and I can find you the correct representative should that be what you are looking for.
