PDF Embed api accessibility

Hello,

I would like to clarify two accessibity issues (please forward me to dedicated channel if this one is not perfect):

1) On mobile in mode "Full Window" the button to change view mode does not have "alt" or title element inside svg. Where shoud I report it?

2) Automation tools report also problem that scrollbar is not focusable using keyboard only.

"Description: The element contains overflowing content that can be reached by scrolling, however the scrolling is not accessible to keyboard users."

I know that we can focus the content and then scroll using the keyboard up/down. Could you advise if this is actualy an issue or should be treated as false positive?
