PDF Embed API. Client id without binding to a domain

Hi,

 

I am considering implementing PDF Embed API in MS Dynamics 365 BC.

Is it possible to get a client id without being tied to a domain? Unfortunately, in our case, there is no way to know the domain name. The customer can use apps both on the local server and in the cloud.

Also, we can not force the customer to register the cleint id itself, as this will complicate the process of installing and configuring the application.

    It is not possible at this time. You could perhaps try hosting it on your own domain and have clients embed your source via an iframe.
