PDF Embed API Licensing

Hello,

Is the "PDF Embed API" a free API ? I can't find the correct licence metrics for opening and just view PDFs with the PDF embed api in the following page:

https://developer.adobe.com/document-services/docs/overview/pdf-services-api/dcserviceslicensing/

does this mean PDF embed API is for free?

I would like to know the answer to this too. Is there a special license requirement for commerical use? Our company subscribes to Enterprise CC licenses.
