PDF Embed API: Tab order is not working properly

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a page according to the instructions here: https://developer.adobe.com/document-services/docs/overview/pdf-embed-api/gettingstarted/
2. download this file
3. replace "https://acrobatservices.adobe.com/view-sdk-demo/PDFs/Bodea Brochure.pdf" with the url that provides the file downloaded at the previous step
4. select the first editable field
5. keep pressing "tab" and observe that "House nr" and "City" fields are ignored
   
6. open the file using "Adobe PDF Reader", keep pressing "tab" and observe that the previously ignored fields get focus as expected
