PDF Embed in EU

Im glad to hear that adobe pdf services is now available with EU-servers.

I wonder, is there any way to activate EU-servers for the PDF Embed API?

Not at this time but it's less of a concern than you might think. Embed API only loads from the server. The documents never get sent to it.
