PDF Extract API and Tax Return

Hey Adobe Community, I ran the Extract PDF API on the attached tax return. While it is producing some information in a JSON format (# pages, block element recognition), it's not picking up the actual data within the tax return (Name, Address, Income). Is there something else I can try? I am a newer  developer (approx. 1 year) so please don't underestimate my ability to miss the obvious (ha). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ran the following on the tax return:

    When I tested this, I was able to find the name and address just fine. Remember the JSON output is going to be huge. CTRL (or CMD) plus F is your friend. 🙂
