PDF Extract API Error Message 'DISQUALIFIED - File is not suitable for conversion.'

Got an error message below:

 

adobe.pdfservices.operation.exception.exceptions.ServiceApiException: description ={"reason":"DISQUALIFIED - File is not suitable for conversion. Note this can still be returned even if the file was prequalified on the client.","location":"","status":400,"type":""}; requestTrackingId=ZNCm1dMi548hweAmhzi5rJWkkrW6ELhJ; statusCode=400; errorCode=UNKNOWN

 

What does this mean? What would make a file unsuitable for conversion?

Check your page counts. I ran into the same issue yesterday, and found that Extract can only support 200 pages of unscanned PDF content, or 100 pages of scanned PDF content.
