PDF Extract API script to run in PHP Environment

Hi

Is there any Adobe PDF Extract API available for PHP to convert pdf to csv.

If not, is there any solution available to run the existing api scripts (Adobe api are now available in Java or .Net or Python or NodeJS) from PHP environment.
