Dear Adobe Team,

Please, could I ask if it would be possible to keep the shade when shaded tables are extracted from PDF file?

Please, find attached my PDF file and the output of the table extraction.

Thank you very much because I have been sending quite complex PDF files to Service and the Extract API is working very well.

Regards,

Maria

As you've seen, the row shading is not retained in the .xslx output. However, we do capture the cell shading as well as cell boundary properties in the JSON output. It would be a fairly mundane task to modify the .xslx to update the shading by reading the JSON and using a decent Excel library to set the properties of the cells to match the JSON.
