Hi,

I am planning on using PDF Extract for a commercial project, however, my customer is worried about sending their PDFs through API to a third party. Can you please tell me in what country the servers are geographically, and also if there is any on-premise solution to avoid sending sensible PDFs over the internet? Thanks.

Hi @Kira24056986984z ,

Details on the security controls for Adobe PDF Extract API are available here:
https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/cc/en/trust-center/ungated/whitepapers/doc-cloud/adobe-document-services-security-overview.pdf

The servers are hosted in AWS in the US.

Adobe PDF Extract API is not offered as an on-premise solution as it is dependent on our Adobe Sensei AI/ML engine for understanding and providing structure to the data output. This is not something that is possible in a purely on-premise solution.
