Pdf Service sdk : require support for the options: Layout Settings, Comments

In Adobe Acrobat when converting pdf to Docx, there are options for changing layout settings, image settings, and comment settings.

How can I update the above setting in the pdf service export API? 
I have found only OCR(optical character recognition) support in the pdf service API.
Is any option in pdf service API to update the above fields like layout setting, comment setting and image settings
