PDF Services API - Conversion from PDF to Image Never Completes

Hello everyone,

I am implementing a process using AWS Lambda and Adobe's PDF Services API to convert PDFs to images. After initiating the image conversion via 'https://pdf-services.adobe.io/operation/pdftoimages', I poll at 1.5-second intervals for the conversion status.

However, I often encounter a situation where the response remains {'status': 'in progress'} indefinitely. This happens inconsistently without any apparent patterns.

Could anyone help identify what might be causing this issue? Also, are there any possible configurations or solutions on my end that could resolve this?
