PDF Services API - Full outage of ExportPdf

Hello,

 

We've just noticed that any PDF file we try to process via ExportPdf API is either timeing out or returns an error. That includes files that definitely worked before.

 

Examples:

 

Exception encountered while executing operation ServiceApiError: Operation execution has timed out!
Unexpected Error, request could not be completed Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND ims-na1.adobelogin.com
Exception encountered while executing operation Error: Unexpected error encountered while executing request Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND ims-na1.adobelogin.com
Unexpected Error, request could not be completed Error: socket hang up

More often it's the first error - timeout.

    To add, this is happening in any environments - e.g., both from the local computer and from AWS.
