PDF Services API, increased time for converting to pdf

Hi

We are using the PDF Services API to convert and sign a number of document typs, like doc, to PDF.

When we started in January 2023 everyting worked well but in the lastes weeks our documents takes around 10 minutes before the API have converted, before it was around 1 minute. 

We are using the trail version at the moment, couldn't find any information about limited service time.

It is similar documents that we are trying to convert as was used before the increased delay.

I checked, and there was a limited issue that might be impacting you that's going to be improved tomorrow. If you could try again tomorrow and let me know, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks for the replay. 

Unfortunatly, I am still getting the delayed responce in our request. I tried just now with a nearly empty word document and it took around 15 minutes before is was done.

We are connecting to the https://pdf-services-ew1.adobe.io if that helps in the troubleshooting.
