PDF Services API Setup on Business Account

Hi, we have the same issue. Not only did the adobe customer support advise us that we needed to upgrade from a business account to an enterprise account but when we upgraded we discovered we cannot use the Enterise account (which they also screwed up and now half of the company cannot use e-sig!) and you have to setup a personal account and then you can only use the 14 day trial version. You cannot connect with your enterprise account to the AWS adobe Document services API - it says call customer services - which if you have ever tried to get their help you will know they are worse than usesless. To finish this off as the worst customer support I have come across in decades, there is literally zero information on how to do this. They need to sack the whole team and get people in who actually know how to produce technical know how not the current deadheads, awful service out of pocket and out of solutions. Adobe technical support absent yet again when they are needed. Will take my business to Encodian or similar if adobe cannot get their finger out!
