PDF to DOCX conversion API down

It seems the Adobe API endpoint for PDF to DOCX conversion did not work between approximately 17:16 UTC and 19:25 UTC. In that time period all our requests made with the .NET Adobe.DocumentServices.PDFTools API client either hung eternally or timed out.

Was this outage of your API related to the AWS US-EAST-1 outage today?
