PDF to Image API - Callback Webhook not working?

We have developed a routine using the API that regularly generates images from PDFs for us. In the process, we use the “Webhook Notification” to then download the asset.

However, the Adobe API is not sending the webhook.

A bug? Has anyone else noticed this?
