Hello, I want to use PDF Tools API for development, but how to purchase?I am an individual Developer in China.

    Thanks for reaching out and showing interest in PDF Tools API capabilities.

    The PDF Tools API is available both as Free and Paid programs. While the free program enables you to use PDF Tools API capabilities for a limited number of operations i.e. 1000 PDF Transcations, the paid program enables a greater processing quota and require entering into a separate written agreement. For more details on both the programs, please refer PDF Tools API Licensing section in https://www.adobe.io/apis/documentcloud/dcsdk/docs.html.

    The document also lists various capabilities available in PDF Tools API bundle.
