PDF Tools API PDF->DOCx

Hello,

When converting 120 kb file from PDF to DOCx it takes me 12 seconds for Http call with benchmarking.
How can I request information about certain conversion attempt to find out why does it take so long on Adobe side?

Conversion to PPTx/XLSx takes up to 5 seconds.

1) Can I request logs for operations I do with PDF Tools API?

2) What are the recommendations to decrease time for PDF-DOCx conversion?
