PowerAutomate -> Merge PDF Action times out

This was working this week until today. I see there were issues with the Document Services API today but it says the issue is now closed. Is this a new issue?

Wong Given that your Power Automate flow and the Merge PDF action were working fine until today, and you're seeing a "GatewayTimeout" error, it's highly probable that this is still related to either a lingering effect of the previous Adobe Document Services API issues or a new, but similar, server-side performance problem on Adobe's end. It's frustrating, but unfortunately, these types of intermittent timeout issues can sometimes persist even after official "all clear" announcements.

Yes. It worked the next day. Looking at the service outrages over the last 40 days, it seems like these services go down frequently. Are there any plans for improving up time or providing priority services for paying customers?

 

the outages recorded are:

 

July 19, 17, 12, 5, 4, 3, 2
May 30, 29, 20, 19, 13, 12

 

it seems too frequent.
