Save PDF form as static & mailto

(seems too easy, just seached for the last 90 minutes, to no evail.)

Have a PDF form with a submit button.

When the user hits the button I need the form converted to a static form (print to PDF would work & with the user info but without the submit button showing) and a mailto initiated.
