ServiceApiException: description =BAD_PDF - Unable to extract content

ServiceApiException: description =BAD_PDF - Unable to extract content.; requestTrackingId=requestTrackingId=9d0f93a0-08f4-43d8-9c19-a1bcd8538118; statusCode=400; errorCode=BAD_PDF; 

I received a pdf using the adobe split pdf service , and later I received a message called bad pdf to use extract api. I wonder if there is a solution, and I will also post a related file.
