Subscribe to PDF Service API Enterprise plan

Hello,

Our company ICPF, contacted Adobe Sales from multiple times for a week.
We have to subscribe to an Enterprise plan for PDF Service API in order to launch our application in production on 20 september 2023 ! It's very important for us to move from a Free sandbox plan to a Paid Enterprise plan as soon as possible.

How is it possible to subscribe ?
