Trouble generating Credentials from PDF Services API

I used company email to sign up for a free trial on Adobe. Wanted to use Adobe PDF connection on Power Automate. Power Automate asked me to input credentials by visiting https://www.adobe.com/go/getstarted_powerautomate But I always get this error message: "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again after some time". 

Does anyone know how to solve this problem other than using my personal email to create an account?
