Unable to convert pdf to ppt - getting error from adobe/pdfservices-node-sdk

When i tried to export a pdf to pptx , i am getting this 

Error description = DOWNLOAD failed for documentIn with error: Unable to download file: Unable to change TTL in Redis; requestTrackingId = 72ec535a-854d-4e24-ab04-a8ec070373b7; statusCode = 500; errorCode = INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR

can anyone help me to solve this , is this is the issue from adobe side or from my side.
