UNAUTHORIZED operation/addWatermark

I set up a free developer account yesteday and have been working on a solution for adding watermarks to a pdf. I'm able to make calls using api, but when I call POST /operation/addwatermark, I get this error: 

"error": {"code": "UNAUTHORIZED", "message": "Not authorised to perform the operation."}.
Is this because I'm working on a free developer account or is there a way around this issue? I attached my request body (without my download uris for my documents)

    It's showing up in documentation but not yet globally available. I apologize, the API docs should make that more clear. I'll post a new forum thread when it is available for all.
