Using Adobe Sealing API to streamline the signing process.

Hello. I would like to know if is it possible to use Adobe Sealing API to sign documents from the Company side without any manual approval (by Electronic Seal) and send them to another recipient for final signature. We wanna streamline the signing process for our users and give them access to some of our services right after signing. Is it means that we got a legit digitally signed document from our API?
