Add Form Field with REST API

Hi,

I tried to add form field to an agreement. I use PUT method:

Answer is 200 everything is OK, but on the document the signature block is allways by default.

A working example of adding form-fields while agreement is in AUTHORING state can be found here:

Please be aware that ALL fields must be added in one PUT because this PUT changes the agreement from AUTHORING to IN_PROCESS.
