Adobe Acrobat Sign for Veeva Vault - Account could not be created

Hello,

 

I've setup integration between Veeva Vault and Adobe Sign according to the Adobe Acrobat Sign for Veeva Vault: Installation Guide. But I get the following error in Veeva when opening the Adobe Sign page.

 

Your Adobe Acrobat Sign account could not be created. Please contact your Adobe Acrobat Sign account administrator.

 

Does anyone know what's causing this error?

When setting up the connection within the middleware application, there is an option to "Auto Provision Sign Users". This needs to be enabled. Its mentioned in the last section of this document: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/sign-integrations/using/veeva/install.html%3Flang%3Dfr

Hi there,

 

This is most likely a case where the email you were attempting to use is part of an existing account.  Could you D attempt the process with a different email address?
