Adobe ESign API using PIV Card Authentication

I am looking for a way to send a PDF for signature using Adobe ESign API and an authentication mechanism using a PIV Card.

I am supporting a project  for a client and we are looking for a way to do the Adobe E-Sign the recipient of the document will be authenticated using a PIV card.

 

Can you please provide me with pointers to this solution?

I think that perhaps you need to take a look into our "Gov-Cloud" offerings for Sign, as well as DIG?
