Adobe sign integration in dynamics365

Hi Community,

 

When i am trying to send a document to customer in dynamics365 through adobe sign integration i am getting this type of error.

 

Agreement Sending Has Failed. An error occured during Adobe Sign API call -> CODE : INVALID_USER REASON : Invalid user ID or email provided in x-api-user header

Please give me suggitions.
