Adobe Sign issue - When signing at two places on one document

Hi 

We have created an document where If customer agrees he signs in coulm A and If he does not agree signes in column B.

But when we are tryign to test this document, we are seeing until both places A and B are signed document is not giving an option for final signature/completion.

Is there a way we can make it optional and get document sign completed even if they sign at One place between both.
