Adobe Sign possiblities integration
Dear Adobe Partner Team,
As a software partner specialising in solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We have developed an integration between Business Central and Adobe Acrobat Sign that allows our customers to send documents (quotes, agreements, terms of delivery) for signature directly from Business Central, using the Acrobat Sign REST API via Azure Logic Apps.
We would like to offer this integration as a product to our Business Central customers, following an "Integration Only" model: each customer brings their own Acrobat Sign licence, and we deliver and maintain the connector.
We would be grateful for your guidance on the following:
1. How does the ISV / integration partnership for Acrobat Sign work at the moment? We have noticed that the registration portal for the Adobe Exchange Program for Document Cloud appears to be closed to new registrations – what is the correct route to apply today?
2. What does the certification / approval process for our integration involve, and what are the requirements before we are allowed to deliver the integration to customers?
3. Licence tier – and this is our key question: our customers are mostly SMEs. Is there any way an SME-oriented plan (for example Standard or Business Pro) can be sufficient for a REST API integration via Azure Logic Apps – i.e. for programmatically sending agreements, uploading transient documents, and receiving webhooks? Or does this type of API access strictly require the Enterprise / Acrobat Sign Solutions tier? We want to communicate the minimum required licence to our customers accurately, so a clear answer on where the API-access boundary lies between the SMB plans and Enterprise would help us enormously.
4. Is a technical contact available for questions during development?
We are also considering an OEM/Embedded model in the longer term, but we would like to start with the Integration Only approach. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss the options.
Thank you in advance for your time. We look forward to your reply.
Kind regards,
