Can't connect to Make.com

I'm trying to connect to Adobe sign via Make.com (an integration software) and I’m getting this error -
{“message”:”The request failed due to failure of a previous request.”,”code”:”SC424”,”suberrors”:[{“message”:”[access_denied] Only account admins can approve account scopes”,”name”:”InvalidConfigurationError”}]}
How would I resolve this?

I noticed you have first to make a project on the developer console. But honestly, I'm now stuck at it, it's giving me 

"Project 1669371029019A
Please contact the application developer to gain access to Project 1669371029019A."

But No such projet exists. i just deleted all my projects to figure out which one it was and still no luck, can anyone help with this?
