Client Secret ID is not getting generated

Hi Team,

I am trying to integerate oracle system with a adobe acrobat sign with reference of the document https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/how-to-create-client-id-and-client-secret-adobe-sign.html

As per this document I tried to ADD API and OAuth then client ID got created but not secret ID.

I dont have any subscrption for this developer account . If it is a free account the secret id doenst generate??

If not please advise on how to proceed.
