Documents appear blurry when presented for signature

I'm using PowerAutomate to convert Word documents and send them for signature using Adobe Sign. When they are presented to the recipient in the browser for signature, all text appears blurry. When I download the document and open it in Adobe Acrobat its fine. How do I fix this?
