I have built custom CRM and we need e-signing capabilites in our app.

We want to give our users the opportunity to sign relevant forms with in our app.

How to integrate sign api without involving sending emails from Adobe ?

    Great article! Cleared many of my doubts. 

    I have a question though. signUrls seem to be public, any way to make them private so that it loads only on intended web app ?

    There is no way to make the Signing URLs themselves private, however, there are some other options for securing them.  You can set an expiration on the URL so it is time limited with a very short limit and re-call to get a new URL at the point of signing (recommended approach for most cases) or you can add a 2nd authentication factor.
