Issue: Missing Agreement Details from Adobe eSign API

Hi ,

The issue I’m facing is that for some agreements, although I have their agreement IDs (which were returned at the time of creation), I’m not getting the expected details when calling the API.

The agreement IDs are valid and stored in my system.

The agreements were successfully sent for signature and completed by all participants.

The issue is not on the application side — I’ve verified the request and compared logs.

Important : 

I’m unable to share actual agreement IDs or signer emails here due to confidentiality, but the request format and structure are standard
