Moderator Request to Enable Anchor Text for Sign API

My understanding is without the generatorType: ANCHOR_TEXT value in the formFieldGenerators object in the API, I cannot generate Dynamic Form Fields.

How do I get this enabled on my account in order to test this functionality?

I see other accounts have it enabled, and advised that I contact support via the admin console. Having contacted them, they sent me back here.
