Tax Return Signature

Can the Adobe Sign product automatical detect the signature fields in a tax return and based on the sequence of signature receipt assign the values.  For example Taxpayer Signature should be the first email address, Spouse Signatures 2nd email address and Tax preparer 3rd Email address.
