Template Form Fields - Allowing Data Edits

Hi~

I've created a template that will hide the information entered by Participant 1 when Participant 2 clicks on a checkbox, this also shows a form field for Participant 2 so they can enter information.  If Participant 3 clicks on a second checkbox, the information entered by Participant 2 is hidden and a new form field shows so Participant 3 can enter information.  This works, but in the end, the data from all three participants shows on top of each other.  Is there a way to only show the last edit?

This is a document that collects information (unit number) from Participant 1 when they sign the document, then when the document gets to Participant 2, if they want a different unit number, they click on checkbox1 and Participant 1's information is hidden and they enter the unit they want to use, and the same happens for Participant 3 when they click checkbox2.

We currently have a similar document that allows this with Participant 1 entering the information and Participant 3 making the change by clicking on the checkbox.  I have tried to replicate this (using the document's form fields as a guide) in my document but the data entered by all participants still shows one on top of the other.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your help!
