Text Tag to specify payment (Braintree)

Question

I'd like to upload a document for signature that includes a payment requirement. Is there a way to specify the payment using a text tag in my uploaded document? I figure I'll need to specify an amount, a recipient, the currency, and the value type (entered value, read only in my case).
