Hi 

 

I am getting this error when I try and connect to my adobe sign - my account says i have access to all the 'tools' and e-signing - do I need a different subscription for adobe esign seperately or what might the issue be? thanks in advance

      Are you trying to access Adobe Acrobat Sign from the Acrobat desktop app?

      Please give a bit more context so I can make sure I'm giving valuable direction.

       

      I don't think I've ever seen this error as a response to an API call in Sign.

      What software is calling the API?

      Do you know what technology stack the platform is using to make those calls?

      Which call was it making or which step in the process is getting this error?

        I got this error and when I phoned support they said its because I have a personal account and need to upgrade to an enterprise account for ( I am a 1 person business ) for automation UGGGG I am an entrpreuneur HELP

          I am getting this error as well. I have the abilioty to use my automation software with Adobe Acrobat Sign and im getting that same error message. And it wont authorize a connection. Please advise.
